The first step in dealing with a mold problem or potential problem is having your property inspected by our certified mold inspectors. Our inspectors are trained in spotting mold, construction defects, and conditions that are conducive to mold growth. They are equipped with cutting edge technology, including digital microscopes and sensitive moisture instrumentation. They will conduct an interview with you, closely inspect your entire property, roof to basement, and prepare a detailed report listing their findings. Our inspectors take moisture readings from at least 15 sepearate locations in each room. We regularly find construction defects and moisture problems that escape the notice of home inspectors.
We're not afraid to get dirty, climbing through crawlspaces and rooting through attics. We take direct and airborne samples, which are analyzed by certified laboratories for mold. Our airborne samples are collected with the latest technology, not just a petri dish. Our employees are not Physicians so we do not attempt to diagnosis human health problems. The occupants of a building or home are encouraged to take lab results obtained through sampling to their personal physicians for proper diagnosis.
